普段は妻が料理を作りますが
この日は一人でしたので、慣れない料理に挑戦しました!
・レシピ
材料を食べ易い形に切りそろえます
ブリを生姜と一緒に炒めます
ブリに火が通った後で
キャベツ、しいたけをいため
合わせて調味料を入れます
最後にさっと水菜を炒めて出来上がりです。
・材料(適量)
ブリ
キャベツ
しいたけ
水菜
生姜
しょうゆ
酒
みりん
ごま油
塩
胡椒
魚と野菜もしっかりとれて満腹になりましたよ!
